Electronics Recycling Day Slated for May 8

Penn State's Lion Surplus will hold an Electronics Recycling Day on Friday, May 8, from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m.

Penn State employees, staff, and students are welcome to drop off unwanted electronics for no charge at Lion Surplus, located on Services Road at University Park.

Lion Surplus will accept PCs, LCD monitors, hard drives, keyboards, mice, printers, circuit boards, laptops, DVD players, electric typewriters, fax machines, cell phones, modems, pagers, PDAs, VCRs, and word processors. Cathode ray tube (CRT) TVs will not be accepted.

Drop-offs are restricted to the date, time, and items listed, and Lion Surplus reserves the right to refuse or reject any items.
